About SWRT
Saffron Walden Round Table are a group of men aged between 18-45 who come together for a social twice a month. These range from axe throwing, learning or trying something new, bowling or just having a beer and a chat.
As well as the social side, we put on some of the local events in town that you have grown to love. From our Easter Egg Hunt in Bridge End Gardens, the Santa Sleigh, our 65+ year old Annual Fireworks, and our 8 Day Weekend Carnival.
We volunteer our time to put on all of these events, joined by an army of local volunteers from other clubs and walks of life . We create amazing experiences for the town, with a great sense of accomplishment as every penny of profit raised goes back into our local community, charities and clubs.
