Fireworks 2016
A message from George Crocker organiser of the 2016 fireworks display.
Wow! I am truly honoured to have been able to organise the Saffron Walden Round Table Fireworks Display for 2016! I have been absolutely blown away by the support we have received from our local community!
We think this is possibly the largest fireworks event we have ever had the pleasure of hosting! With around 12,00 people thought to have packed out the common! The weather was perfect (although a bit cold) and the donations kept flowing all night!
Our Facebook page www.facebook.com/SaffronWaldenRT has been loaded with activity with lot’s of people sharing their photos with us, and saying how amazing they felt the show was.

This event could not happen without the help of all of our fantastic sponsors, and the help of other local groups (the rotary club, ladies circle, the diamonds, the scouts, the rugby club, just to name a few! You guys know who you are and we think you are awesome!

We are yet to finalise how much we have managed to raise, but we will update you as soon as we have our final figure. One things for certain though, we cannot wait to give it away!
